i'm actually only writing an update to separate it from my answers. i'm now on the first metres of the target grade and locktober is coming to an end. i have my mouth and hands well under control, so no more bands. i'm really happy when i've made it and i'm a bit proud of myself and of course of my wife 🙂
for the future i can say that i have had a positive experience with the belt, it helps me to conceal what the belt has demanded of me for several years. whether the belt will play a role in the future is still unclear

short update on "Locktober"

the last few days are running, I'm already counting the hours. Yesterday I didn't have myself under control for a moment, or rather my hands weren't under control, so I spent the evening writing lines and in the bands.
In general, I am grateful for the experience. I have now realised that you can have positive feelings about wearing a belt. I don't know what this means for the future yet. My wife and I will discuss this, as I have also discovered a new side of her that I really like. But first I will put the belt and the bra back in a box and have a normal sex life. 🙂
