Philip For all the years i was using a full belt the belt would tear up underwear. To be fair when I did not have boxers on it would tear up my trousers.

This is my reason. Better to tear up relatively cheap underwear than nicer trousers.

    first of all i would be careful, wearing the belt for 10 days without having an emergency system (as seldom as you need it) is risky, also i don't know how you are going to do it with hygiene?

    to your original question. i have sometimes worn a slip over the belt and sometimes not, depending on how cold it is outside and what i was wearing. leggings or tights are also good for hiding the belt.

      Well, I usually and naturally tend to be skeptical with people that open a thread, tell a trouble and await answers.
