Angelina I mean, Stalinist USSR came close but did not quite hit the mark, but North Korea seems like a pretty close fit. And before the mid-1930s, several fascist movements had a fair share of communist sympathizers as well. Among German Nazis, Strasser's Black Front would be a prominent historical example.
