I feel proud that I can learn to wear it and live with it. I feel like I have chosen the path of moderation with my body as it matures which will prevent me from going astray. Sometimes it is hard and frustrating, but it is making me stronger.

how is that going to work with an hour? you're going to have to make a big leap if you're going to sleep with it.

In my experience, mysteel belts are comfortable, but of course not as comfortable as normal underwear, but of course also very safe.
