I have mentioned before, I did have a slight problem with playing with myself for hours on end that affected other aspects of my life. Although nowadays I probably wouldn't do it that much.

Laptops and desktops are pretty much the same, not quite sure what the parental lock system is. I run Linux, I can pretty much do whatever I want with it.

You can boot off a external drive pretty easily. On newer models it might be a bit of a hassle but it could be done.
