Renita You are right. I think I could remain chaste for a long time on my own but I find it easier with help from a keyholder. When they are firm about the rules and conditions for release, it helps the frustration to lower to a tolerable level more quickly. This is just what works for me. yes and no, i would describe it like a wave movement. there are periods when the arousal is stronger and periods when it is weaker. for women who wear the belt 24/7 it can sometimes be helpful to try to suppress it somehow, to get it out of your head, then you are less aroused and wearing the belt is easier

I can suppress the arousal to the point that I don't notice it and it is not an issue and then something will trigger it to come back and I have to work to suppress or ignore it again. The idea that it comes in waves is a good mental picture. Sometimes they are gentle. long, rolling waves that are easy to deal with for weeks and sometimes they are short, choppy waves that wash over you like a storm. The long, gentle ones are much easier to live with.

Angelina @Tjc I so agree with this. There are times, especially when I go out with friends and at night that it becomes unbearable and i want this thing off more than anything. The gel packs are the only relief I get when i get home. other times though it is not so intense and easier to manage. My sister says I will eventually get used to it.

It is definitely easier but I have found that if I am allowed to do that, I spend way too much time distracted by cumming and riding that wave. Having to ask someone to be allowed to that helps me to better control my time. Cumming feels good and I would do it a lot if I were allowed.

Guys often use the excuse that being chaste will cause them physical harm to convince their partner to have sex but there is no medical basis for that.

I will echo what your sister says. You do eventually get used to wanted the belt off no matter what. It is better and easier when it is not so intense but you can definitely get used to wearing. Your sister and your aunt are giving good advice. I think you are lucky to have them to help.

I think you are correct. Thank you for the support. These are some of the reasons that I am a wearer. Focus, definitely, reduce sex drive, somewhat but certainly keeps it under control.
