Chastity Contract

Between

[Name of the Son] (hereinafter referred to as “Son”)

and

[Name of the Father] and [Name of the Mother] (hereinafter referred to as “Parents”)

the following contract is entered into:

Preamble

This contract serves to regulate the obligations and rights of the Son and the Parents concerning the Son’s wearing of a chastity cage. The contract is entered into by mutual consent and is intended to comprehensively strengthen the Parents’ authority over the Son.

It is explicitly stated that the highest level of strictness is expected of the Parents in enforcing this contract. The Parents are entrusted with the responsibility of chastising and disciplining the Son to ensure his full compliance with all terms and obligations.

The contract lasts till the day Harry gets married.

Obligations of the Son

Obligation to Wear the Cage: The Son is required to wear the chastity cage at all times, without exception.
Reporting Removal Attempts: Any attempt to remove or tamper with the cage must be immediately reported to the Parents.
Compliance with Rules: The Son agrees to follow all further instructions and regulations set forth by the Parents regarding the chastity cage.

Household Duties: The Son must promptly and diligently complete all household tasks assigned by the Parents.

Communication Obligation: The Son must provide daily updates on his thoughts and feelings to maintain transparency and honesty.

Rights of the Parents

Control and Supervision: The Parents have the unrestricted right to monitor and supervise compliance with the obligation to wear the cage.
Access and Inspection: The Parents have the right to inspect the chastity cage at any time to ensure it is properly worn and functioning.
Authority to Give Instructions: The Parents may issue instructions regarding the chastity cage and its use at any time.
Restriction of Social Contacts: The Parents have the right to monitor and, if necessary, restrict the Son’s social interactions.

Parents are not allowed to control social interactions that are in connection to collage.

Disciplinary Authority: The Parents may establish and enforce disciplinary measures to ensure the Son adheres to his obligations.
Strict Enforcement: The Parents are expected to enforce all terms of the contract with the utmost strictness and without leniency.

Authority of the Parents

Disciplinary Measures: The Parents have the right to impose strict disciplinary measures in case of violations of this contract.
Physical Punishments: The Parents have the authority to impose physical punishments, such as spanking, or other forms of corporal discipline, to correct and punish violations. Parents are allowed to use items.
Restriction of Privacy: The Parents are entitled to restrict the Son’s privacy in all aspects of his life.
Control over Free Time: The Parents have the authority to determine and supervise the Son’s recreational activities.
Limitation of Decision-Making Freedom: The Parents have the authority to review and approve all of the Son’s decisions.
Access to Room and Property: The Parents may access and inspect the Son’s room and personal property at any time.
Restriction of Digital Freedom: The Parents have the authority to regulate and monitor the Son’s access to digital devices and the internet.
Chastisement and Discipline: The Parents are expected to chastise and discipline the Son as necessary to ensure strict compliance with this contract.

Penalties for Misconduct

Warnings: The Son will receive a verbal warning for a first-time violation.
Restriction of Movement: Repeated violations may result in the removal of the Son’s clothing as punishment.
Revocation of Privileges: Severe or repeated violations may lead to the loss of privileges, such as the use of electronic devices or permission to leave the house.
House Arrest: The Son may be confined to the house for a specified period.
Additional Tasks: Repeated violations may result in additional household chores or responsibilities being assigned.
Physical Punishments: Physical punishments, such as spanking, physical exercises (e.g., push-ups or prolonged kneeling), or other corporal discipline, may be administered by the Parents at their discretion for repeated or serious violations.
Social Isolation: The Son may be excluded from social activities and interactions as punishment for misconduct.
Extension of Contract Duration: For serious or repeated violations, the duration of this contract may be extended at the Parents’ discretion.

Final Provisions

This contract enters into effect upon signing by all parties and remains valid indefinitely. The Parents have full authority to determine how long the contract will remain in effect, and the Son has no right to influence or terminate the contract.

The Parents are expected to enforce this contract strictly and consistently, ensuring the Son’s complete compliance with all obligations. They are entrusted with full authority to chastise and discipline the Son as necessary to uphold the contract’s terms.

Once a month parents and Harry will discuss the rule changes but the last decision will be made by the parents.

I know it changed that they cannot forbid social interaction for college and that they are allowed to use items during spankings.
And that once a month we will discuss the rules and the last decision wouldn’t be my parents
And that the contract lasts till my marriage

Harry Sorry, you added OP Out but with No effect If your parents don't agree. You need the right to end it If you realy need or you have the Feeling it is not right anymore.
You will develop, your Life will Change, you may meet someone and fall in love. So you need an real exit option.
Cooling of time as Sasha has one is a good way to prevent spontan decision.

Harry There needs to be a way to end things if this is not working or having the effect you wanted. Also having the ability to adjust the rules as needed is important.
Because initially you said this was to help you stay focused and become more disciplined, but that contract is much closer to slavery then helping you

Okay so i dont want to change the rules if my parents disagree.

But i can put a line in the contract which can make me leave the contract.

Should it be like harry can leave the contract whenever He wants?

I really trust my parents and will also add to the contract but they can punish me how they deem appropriate

Harry Add the Option that you can leafe. If you want it the contract will end in e g. 2 or 4 weeks and during the time you can change your mind and continue.
You may add that e.g. first week in January you will have a seriouse Talk and after you decide If you continue or end it.
And a Option for a Long existing relationship or marriag.

What I Miss IS the Goal for this contract.

Harry To be honest it feels a bit like the time I spent in custody and on probation.
Obviously only you know what is right for you, but giving up essentially all control and all sexual releases is a bit extreme for me

The whole thing reads like a BDSM fantasy about enforced chastity.
Where is the actual reason (e. g. moral values about saving oneself for the right partner, religious conviction or whatever else)?
That whole contract thing is what you typically would find in D/s relationship involving chastity but lacking other options, parents are asked to be keyholders.
In the absence of other stated motives, I have to conclude that it is essentially an erotically driven desire to be strictly caged and if this is the case, this whole endeavour is wrong.

Unfortunately, the contract has already been signed, so my concerns may be too late, but I still want to say something about it. The first point relates directly to this, you actually need a lot more time to work out the contract. You have to think about what your goals are and what means and rules you will use to achieve these goals. This contract sounds like a slave contract and goes far beyond improving grades in your studies or better behavior. On the other hand, you wrote that your parents were never particularly strict and then they should enforce this "slave contract"? That seems illusory to me.

end date: when you finish your studies and/or move out and/or get married the contract should end
you should be allowed to terminate, albeit with a waiting period in which you can change your decision again

So i really thought about it and i still believe that the contract will have good results.
They will start tomorrow enforcing the contract.
My older Brother will also be helping my parents with enforcing the contract.

I dont think it is a „slave contract“. I think its just a contract with disciplining methods.

They really never been that strict thats why they said they will get my brothers on board to help them and thats also why they will start enforcing the contract tomorrow because they needed to figure out how to do it

Harry I agree with @Angelina and the others. You need a realistic end date. You are starting on a rather drastic change in you lifestyle that may be hard to deal with all at once. Although the contract is signed and it is too late to change, I would suggest that others who find this thread to learn from it consider starting slower and with a few restrictions and increase them until their are at an effective level. I would also suggest starting with a defined duration or perhaps six month with the stated intent that you will make a decision at four months to renew for a longer period, perhaps a year, and repeat the process going forward. Decide at ten months whether or not to renew for another year.
