                                          Yes,the hard part is to get a permanent,or long enough,job to convince someone to accept to rent us an apartment.With short duration ones,they often think we'll stop paying the rent when our job end...

                                                  One of us is enough,generally.Of course,if both have one,it would be easier,but we could get a good apartment even if only one if us get it.
