No, not really. Most settings (e.g. https) should be enabled in any case. The add-ons only need to be installed. With noScript and the Mutliple-Account Containers you have to confirm at the beginning for the pages you visit how they should react and that's it. I have not had to make any settings for a long time.
With Tor you should know what you are doing and how it works. Otherwise it can happen that you give your data to the wrong people. But, in my opinion, if you have an active account in social media, you don't need to take it into consideration anymore.
