The bra I own is not Chinese (nor inexpensive 🤣 ). But I am not quite ready to submit to it again either. The last time I wore it we had gone out for dinner and my partner forgot to put the key on her neck chain. I was so hot it was awful and though she sympathized, there was nothing we could do until we got home. It rather put us off repeating the exercise despite the fact the basic concept is something we would like to adopt.

HHelen I think your dad can make an exemption from the thighbands while you wear your high heels. Locking high heels might help to convince him.

hmm, i think the only advantage for my father would be that i would never complain about thigh bands again because the high heels are worse. 😂

the difference is that with thigh bands i had no other option but to get used to them. with high heels i can say no without consequences 😉

Less than 30 mn.For using it outside,I would advice to walk with these on for about 1 hour minimum;you should be able to get used to walk with these during it,if you don't go on cobbled streets or similar,and can better appreciate if you like it or not,when it is easier for you to walk with these eon.
