well i thought it would be very different, because it could be that you just unlocked the tighbands to be able to move better (which is forbidden but does not lead to sex or masturbation)

Yes,but it would have meant I've disobeyed a very important rule and break their trust.Taking off the he belt could lead to masturbation/sex,that's why I guess I would get a punishment for it too,even if I haven't did it(and in this situation,they would clearly not trust me if I promise I didn't do it).
