Saintprudence indeed, as opposed to most other videos I’ve encountered, that vid (really, that whole particular series from neo steel) probably still resonates because it feels like such a slice of life. The whole thing genuinely feels like a documentary of a woman who has accepted being kept in chastity until her wedding night.

I'm a non-wearing male, so "resonates" doesn't mean as many things for me, but it resonates as well as can be expected. The most important thing I look for in fiction, whether or not it's a slice of life, is characters who feel genuine, and plots that provide a lot of opportunity to explore them.

I'm glad you said it. I'm also curious how she would react, but I always worry about how cold and clinical my curiosity can be sometimes. I worried that admitting to wondering that might make me seem like the kind of cruel person who tests cosmetics on animals.

(I don't speak German, but the moment when she pleads with her mother in part 2 and the way he discovers the belt in part 4 left me feeling she hoped he would never know about the belt.)

There are five parts and, on file-sharing networks, there would be one file for parts 1-3 and one file for parts 4-5.

Are you sure? I looked very hard for more Neosteel videos in the 2000s and the closest thing I know to what you describe is "Chastity Belt Memories", but it doesn't match your description.

In Chastity Belt Memories, a woman played by the same actress as the bride looks through a box of her old things, including the chastity belt. She falls asleep and dreams of her younger self, played by the same actress in different clothing.

Her younger self starts to inspect her vulva with a mirror but a woman who I assume is her mother (same actress as the mother in Exempt but without glasses) catches her when she's barely begun inspecting herself... forget about masturbating or fantasy. The mother gives the crying girl her a few swats on the buttock with a wooden spoon and then locks her in a chastity belt, but this chastity belt uses a different kind of lock than in Exempt and she adds a wire seal.

It's in German and doesn't have subtitles but, if I interpret it correctly, she then shuts the crying girl in the storage closet under the stairs to think about what she's done. She cries for a few seconds, lifts her skirt to examine the chastity belt a little, and then her present self wakes up. Her present self then changes into the clothing and chastity belt her past self was wearing and the video ends.

If they are supposed to be the same character, then the fantasizing happens after her marriage... but I'm not sure they are. It might just be a costuming mistake, but it feels like it's supposed to be the same belt in both the past and present in Fantasies, and that doesn't use the same lock as in Exempt.

...and I wonder if both are written by the same scriptwriter and that person likes tears. One has a groom whose irresponsibility leaves his bride in tears and the other has what I assume to be a mother whose overreaction leaves her daughter in tears.
