That's exactly what I'm saying ... you can't be locked without interruptions. The only quedtion is jow long the inzerruptions can be withput loosing the 24/7 status. When it's about female wearers the question does seem to be easy, but when it's about male wearers it becomes more difficult - because wee do need to have an errecrion from time to time for our health according to an urologist of my trust. That means ypu need to be unlocked for a certain amount of time to be able to habe an errection. That time you can spend either handcuffed in your room or going out for a wall with one of your parents / your keyholder.

So beinh unlocked for like half an hour every 2 or 3 weeks still is 24/7 chastity as long as this unlocked time is due to the gender of your body necessary for your health. It is to be seen as part of a cleaning seassion.
Planes for example also need to do a bigger inspection from time to time. Butstill they are not counted as being out of use judt because they have a b check and not only a checks.

Seems a little like an argument in only semantics. 24/7 references time as a continuous period. It doesn't specify the context of what the period entails. Thus you can make it anything you want.
In my own case I have only considered 24/7 as a reference regarding lack of access to the keys that lock me in. Hygiene, medical necessities and releases simply because my keyholder wants them are a bit irrelevant to the fact that I want her in control 24/7. The joy for me is that she decides 24/7 and it is her wish I have access should there be an emergency release for my safety.

nobody ever said that. the 24/7 are related to the time without orgasm, not to the time in the belt. the belt only helps to reach the 24/7

As far as I can find out, no one has done studies to determine this either way. There is a Finish study from 2008 (questionnaire only) that suggest that men who engage in regular sex in middle age get less erectile disfunction than their peers that don't. The study did not include masturbation. But it could well be that those with erectile dysfunction at the beginning didn't bother to try and have sex in the first place, possibly out of misplaced embarrassment. There were many other confounders too.
There is other evidence that sperm count decreases with men who have less frequent sex. But sperm count is a function of many things including hormone production and a man who suddenly finds a new and willing partner could well get more sex drive and increase their sperm count.
There is plenty of anecdotal evidence on websites that men who are locked in chastity cages initially suffer painful trapped erections. For those that persevere, within a week or two these subside and from then on wearing a cage is reasonably well tolerated. Its harder to know whether once men are released from such devices after a significant duration, if they lose the ability to erect. Personally I doubt it and I would be professionally interested in any male experience on this forum who has personal knowledge of such.
The problem is that there are many causes of erectile disfunction. The biggest would be obesity, hypertension, diabetes and smoking. basically anything that increases your risk of heart attacks or strokes. Note to cannabis users - smoking cannabis is far worse than smoking cigarettes - not because of the cannabinoids but due to the nature of smocking vegetable matter laced with fertilizers and God knows what.

In this statement I refer to Birkhahn, M.D., specislist for urology, who says erections to be very imoortant for the health... I'm nrither a specialidt, but I believe him as he is a professional and I once got told by someone who said to have given up erections for chastity that he got many poblems because of that and had to undergo many painful surgeries.
