Hi Everyone- Just found this forum after searching for information about chastity belts, something I hadn't previously given any thought to, but which will soon be relevant to me. I was recently found guilty of prostitution, and since this was my third offence was looking at some serious jail time. My lawyer has managed to work out a deal whereby I will spend one year on probation if I agree to wear a chastity belt. From what I understand, the belt will prevent me having intercourse, and will also prevent masturbation. The former function is obviously designed to stop me from repeating the crime for which I have been found guilty, while the latter introduces an element of punishment. I have already been measured for the belt, and am currently waiting for it to be ready. I understand that a commercial model is being specially adapted, and that it will enable the authorities to track my movements and ensure that I am fulfilling the terms of my probation, not leaving my apartment except during those hours when I am permitted to do so, and not visiting areas from which I am banned. (I am currently wearing an ankle monitor, which will be removed once the belt is ready.)

According to my lawyer, I will be the first person given this deal, and should consider myself lucky that the courts have agreed to it. Reading through the contents of this forum, I see that the people posting here have a wide range of experiences with chastity belts. Has anyone heard of chastity belts being used in this way before?

                    probably it is unbelievable for us germans because we have a different justice system (prostitution is not punishable here) but even from the usa i have never heard this before.

                        Also, yes, this would not happen in Germany or Canada - but we're Federal countries. Which means that really the capital is in charge.

                        The United States is better thought of as the European Union than an actual country. Every state can and does do what it wants, and that flows down to it's counties as well. The US also ELECTS it's judges and prosecutors, rather than the Government appointing trained and certified people according to some Federal standard.

                        So do I believe some side deal is possible in the State with 10 people every square mile? Yeah.

                        So @Angelina, it would be more accurate to ask if you see this happening, maybe, in Bulgaria, Romania or the Czech Republic.

                            I have not heard of this before in the US either, and I'm in the US. Do you know if they have a specific brand to order for you? Do you know if you'd be allowed cleaning breaks? I am curious about this topic and would like to speak more often as well. Lastly, after the one year is over, would that be enough to pay for your sentence?

                              No idea about brands, but I must report to my parole officer once a month, and I am told that the belt will be removed for a medical examination and in order to enable cleaning at these times.

                                  That sounds like a great tradeoff. I mean considering the freedom you could have lost. Do you think you'll be able to handle the chastity belt?

                                      By the way, I'm not quite sure why people are so eager to contact me 'privately'. I'm not going to be disclosing more information to strangers by email than I am willing to disclose in this forum.

                                          The deal is that I spend one year on probation, and that will be the end. In fact, the year has already begun, since I have been wearing an ankle monitor for the last week, and I don't yet have a date for when the chastity belt will be ready. So if it takes another two months to arrive, I would only have to wear it for ten months.

                                                    That's nice to know. At least you can enjoy the freedom of movement without the belt for now. I'm sorry, I was going to ask you something else, but I'll stop asking for your email. Please stay safe and feel free to ask for tips. I would suggest not to attempt to break the belt or pick the lock, as I'm sure there would be far more severe consequences.
