                      Don't get me wrong. It is a gorgeous device. I just couldn't see see how it was possible to wear the device and keeping clean down there without removing like every other day. I do know that it does have water passages to irrigate (well at least thing I know) but only that is so effective. IMO a device needs more holes or what not to be able to use a sprayer to clean down there better. Even the device I have now. It is mildly difficult to keep clean. The latowski is (from what I can tell) closed off.

                          Fatherof3 Im able to wear my belt approximateky week, then is better to open it and take a shower. During the week enough to use only syringe to clean me by the holes. But obviously i’m going to shower more often and then i can clean myself even without opening. The waterflow can go inside the belt when i pull my bely. Then i need to dry it by towell put under my armor. When i go to a pool it is also ok. Even better.
                          I’m sure i can wear it for long time. My wife don’t want me to.. 🤔😁

                                              I think people could, yeah, and it probably depends on the severity of the problem, but I wouldn't recommend that they did. As we've discussed before I think of it as a rabbit hole like alcohol, nicotine, gambling etc. Once you've discovered a weakness, especially one that can consume so much time, it is probably best to seek life's pleasures elsewhere. It is miserable to attempt to hold an addiction down to a certain level - it's a constant temptation and worry. No, better to slay the daemon and remain abstinent, in my opinion.

                                                                        I agree(except for smoking,alcohol and drugs).With enough care to not resume the addictions,it should be adapted after some time.For gambling,for example,if the addiction is solved,it could be possible to go to a casino with only 100€/$ in the pocket,with no other way to get more tokens(credit card,etc...).Even better if someone accompany the gambler and keep any money he can win over 100€/$.This way,the gambler would never be able to gamble for more 100€/$.When he/she has no money left,he/she should leave;even if he/she has gained 100€/$ before,he/she can't use these to continue gambling.
