Angelina I don't know what it's like in the US, but at least for me it's 3 years for the Bachelor's and 5 years for the Master's (and that's only if we stay within the regular study time).
Similar in France.3 years for a Licence,5 years for a Master,but for a Doctorate,with a thesis,it is at least 8 years(I think).
