Shrop Well, the problem is that the tube is place far too high. The belt is thaped like a 
- downside is wide, upside is slim. Because the tube is too high I need to wear it lower. Because of that the wide part is a bit uncomfortable between my legs /cheeks. I hope that you can at least make it bearable, but you will probably have to do a lot of it yourself. you probably can't ask a professional handyman without a good reason
