I have a high sex drive but am kept in chastity (Neosteel Arch) due to the ridiculous amount of time I spent masturbating. With this silly problem solved, I am hugely more effective in all other parts of my life.
Not only can I gain pleasure from nipple stimulation but in my situation right now this (together with stimulation of the perineum) is all the sex I'm allowed. I don't feel hard done by, as I enjoy both.
In all seriousness, I'm interested to know if male bras actually work (for those males who are sensitive in this area) and whether they're always have to be uncomfortably tight, as @dylan seemed to suggest above. I'm interested because I've decided that orgasm and self-stimulation are not good for me personally right now and I may need to take further steps to prevent them.

No, but I can rivet and weld and am handy enough to fit some if and when needed. Really all I'd actually need is something that was tamper-evident. A set of (signed?) plasters or pasties could possibly be enough. Depends if it becomes an issue for me as time goes on.
