Let's drop some trivia.
That scene was improvised by Rutger, but the exact amount is not something everybody knew.
It was the last day for both actors (on set, the last day lasted like 27 hours) and they had to perform the jump and the subsequent dialogues.
Harrison Ford was played by a stuntman who wearied his coat and as you remember in that movie it always rained. Between every take Ridley made the troupe wet the coat which was very absorbing and had to look wet.
The fake palaces were like ten meters high, unlike the movie, but still... Dangerous. The stuntman jumped and... He landed short.
As you remember Harrison Ford misses the jump in the movie and manages to just grab the palace with his hands. That is because the stuntman failed and ridley said "I actually prefer the dramatic jump like this.". They had to take it ten times and by the end of it, si ce everytime the performer hurtled his shoulder, he had his arm broken, more or less.
Who did not gave two penny was Rutger instead, which said "you know what? Move those palace one or two meter and I can do the jump easily". Those building were heavy but built on mobile platforms.
Since the product or wanted to hurry and cut the cost they did not care at all about him and just hurried to do it.
"but you know what? I will jump with that bird in my hands since then I will die and I will release it so I can make it seem the innoc..."
"ok, but just do the jump already!!!" hurried Ridgely Scott too.
He performed the jump and did the monologue.
Then a problem arose.
Every time he let the bird go, the bird would just jump to the floor, walk away from the fake rain and then fly. Of course.
So they had to do that scene close and with no rain, with some tricks added.
And then, of course, the monologue which was improvised, but everyone knows this.

A season 9 have been ordered,but,due to what happens in season 8's finale,I doubt it would last a lot more.Even more as the show runner has left at the end of season 8.

I was talking about the last episode of season 7 (the worst), and ups and downs of season 8.
At the moment I replied to you, I didn't watched the last 2 episodes from season 8..
At least seemed they redirected the series where should go.

But we never can know if really happened something they suggests.. is not the first time they suggest that 🙂

We'll see what they have to say in the next season... the body of series plot maybe is already worn out, or not who knows.. but usually is impossible to stretch these things to the infinite (I recall for example how Suits became so repetitive around some things..), but also is possible just continue making episodes just hunting targets from the blacklist 🤷‍♂️

I doubt it.Red has almost always a reason to choose the next target,which would serve his own purpose.

On another TV show,and related to our board,is "Kaamelott" known in other countries than France?It is a very good comedy,with short episode(a few minutes each)who parody the legend of King Arthur.

In one of the episode, Arthur has to leave and tell his queen,Guenièvre,that he has asked to make a chastity belt for her(and one of his knight,Calogrenant,already use one on his wife,based on what Arthur says)!😉

About locals.. I just remember a very old and not very good spanish film 😂 I just remember because once was shown in TV in these programs that shows old movies and appeared something special....

A man supposedly sterile, not able to have children with her wife, is locked up with three other women in a castle (like a museum which closed and no one knew they were there), and during that night was finding each one.

Great other movies. As far as big bang being silly it's either big bang or that Mr Robot. I haven't really watched either.

I didn't follow all of those. I think McKenzie Davis was just exploring her roles in whatever she was doing. She seems to get way more upset then I did recently about genders...

But what is sort of hilarious is Elon Musk and Grimes 😅 if anything it makes me even less interested in Male Chastity I don't think it's a good look for the billionaire 🤣
I'm also could never really get into Grimes music it's so echoed that IDK I cant hear any rhythm maybe that's just me.

Some of her tracks are amazing, but I don't really like the cheesy pop direction she went in. Someone once described her as an Enya / Aphex Twin lovechild, which I thought was pretty apt! I prefer her creative stuff over her mainstream Katie Perry pop phase.
