Well, there might be some solutions, but they also depend on whether you already wear it 24/7, and what moments you are most likely to be tempted.
This is not a great solution, but you could get something like the Kitchen Safe, where you can lock away your keys for a programmable amount of time. Depending on how desperate you get, the safe is not hammer proof or anything, but it could serve as a deterrent. You might for instance set it for 24 hours (the safe allows up to 10 days). When it releases you can clean your equipment and such, and then put them away again for another 24 hours. Of course you would have the opportunity to masturbate then, but at least not continuously. So if you don't mind having the occasional opportunity, that might work. There will probably be safer and more expensive safes with a timer available, but you might not be able to remove the cage in an emergency then.

      In that case, one good option might be time locking. Either using something like a kSafe (https://www.thekitchensafe.com/), or by using a combination lock in combination with a chastity keyholding app. In the latter case, render your key inaccessible using a combination lock (e.g. by putting the key into a combination lockbox, or by improvising a sleeve around the key and preventing its removal with a combination padlock), and use the keyholding app to make sure you only get the combination once the timer runs out. Typically, this is done by changing the combination to some random number without looking at it, taking a good photo (which is admittedly hard to check without looking at the combination, so you might need to give it a quick glance and hope you forget it soon), locking that photo behind the app and then changing the number again once the lock is shut (again, without looking until the opening combination is no longer visible). Using a time-lock safe like the kSafe skips that step, but provides up-front expense. You will probably need to trust electronics either way.

      A more low-tech option is to put the key into a cup of water and freeze it, but good luck explaining to your mom and sister why there is a cup with a key inside in the freezer.

      The other key should serve as an emergency key. To not be tempted to use it, one solution would be to get a small non-reusable piggy bank, toss your keys in there, and the bank into your bag.

          In those two weeks i taked the cage off for cleaning reasons but in the rest of the day i weared it 24/7 (even at school, at night ecc...) and it wasn't uncomfortable.

            Also, do not take the fact that we both mentioned Kitchen Safe as an endorsement of the product or anything, it is simply the most well-known timed safe for household use, and the timer range is in the same order of magnitude as a reasonable hygiene unlock interval.

            If you have a locker at school or something, you could also deposit the key over there on weekdays. Will not protect you from weekend wank sessions of course, but there is nothing bad about taking an occasional masturbation break if you are not masturbating several times every day, and you do need to take it off sometimes for cleaning anyway.

            So, did you just get started two weeks ago? How often do you take it off currently?

              The idea of a timed safe troubles me a tad as it's possible you might have some sort of emergency. Let's revisit the idea of your sister and mother. If they would agree to hold the keys that would seem ideal as if you asked them for the keys they would presumably know you were going to masturbate and then when done you would have to return the keys. That would be a deterrent, I think. I mean I would not want my Dad to know I was about to masturbate and when I was done.

              If they will not hold them, have actual possession, how about putting them in a small container. The container would stay in either your sister's or mother's room but they would not handle them. Would they agree to that? Then they never touch the keys but you would have to enter their rooms to get them which might discourage your access.

              Or put the container on the mantle piece in the living room or on top of the TV or up on top of the kitchen cabinets where you would have to get up on a ladder, a rather obvious thing to anyone about.

                    I'd suggest the sister's room. My mother has one of my keys but the key never leaves the house. It's a long shot but I would worry if she takes both keys out of the house on a regular basis. The purse could be lost or stolen. A long shot yes, but it's both keys. Good luck to you in any case.

                        That leaves you with no acvess to an emergency key while not home. Plus any hygiene unlocks would have to be scheduled around your sister's (and mother's, otherwise she might get suspicious why you sneak into your sister's room while she is not there) absences unless you are willing to explain your situation to them.

                              I don't quite see how this would work. (I mean that might just be me, not at all saying it could not work.) If your mother/sister know about you storing the key with them, they become your keyholder, even if they don't actually touch it. They could always decide to deny you access to your key, like to hide it somewhere else or keep it on their person. You should think carefully if you would trust either of them enough not to try and take control, like if you'd have a dispute with her, or she wants something from you. So you would still need to come to an agreement, or perhaps even draw up a contract, to make it clear for both sides what is expected and what is not OK.

                              You'll need to think of a way how to prevent yourself from using the emergency key then. There are some people here on the forum who have an emergency key packed in something that needs to be destroyed to get to the key (e.g. candlewax). Then the keyholder will know they accessed it, and give punishment if it was not an actual emergency. But without a keyholder, there would be no consequences for removing the packing...

                                              even though you seem to have found a solution, i would still advise you to talk to your mother and/or sister about it. or maybe to someone very close to you (best friend etc.). I think it is important to have a human key holder. I don't think much of a technical solution, because a machine doesn't recognise emergencies and it would be good if your key holder recognises that.

                                                  Let me ask you, you say you got the cage and you have decreased your masturbation and you don't know what to do with the keys. So I guess you have had the keys yourself all this time. And even so you have evidently exercised self discipline and not used the keys. So, if you have been successful so far (and we all congratulate you) perhaps you can continue as you are. Or maybe you now have enough self control so you don't need the cage. Perhaps you can limit yourself to once a day. That's not an addiction.

Perhaps you can continue on your own now, again possibly with some sort of rationing. And if you fall off the wagon at some point go back to the cage for two weeks and try again.
