Accidentally flashing chastity equipment in public
It seems to me that there is no need to think about it. Even if someone notices it, they have nothing to say about it.
I remember one situation in which I had to explain the belt. I was shopping with one of my best friends and one of her best friends. She needed assistance to buy new clothes (don't ask me why, I'm almost wearing all black clothes anywhere, anytime, so I'm not good at it 
). She had some clothes to try in the shop but one fell to the ground and I quickly grabbed it, but her friend saw my belt and afterwards asked me anything about it. She was really interested 
Well, I once had a problem like this... I was out in public as wanted to scratch myself on the right side about at the place where the kidneys are.... thought nobody was there but someone came around the corner and I accitently lifted the shirt while scratching myself...
Or when you want to go to a public toilet and want to go to a urinal because you forgot that you're belted, backup then and go into a cabin. People always wonder about that.
Or when some shoots a football accidently in your direction and hits you where your testicles are, but it doesn't hurt you because they are covered by the belt and you have to explain why it didn't hurt you.
There was a time when I just got used to the belt so I sometimes got to forget about it (hectic day, lots of stress, or just a lot happening) and my friends wanted to go swimming. I noticed I screwed up when I was changing into the swimming suit... I already had a one-piece but the belt gave a very noticeable outline and poked a bit down there on the sides of the swimsuit... Some questions followed, I was very embarrassed but my keyholder shrugged it off as a medical appliance (posture, medical, bone stuff) and insisted for the topic to be dropped. I still had been questioned later, and I told two of the friends.
Also, there was a situation with Mark, my boyfriend who also wears a belt. Our friend was messing with me and she was joking that she might take Mark away from me, she jokingly flirted with him in a bit aggressive way and she grabbed him by the package, which left her shocked 
Sin Buying a corset and the overly helpful shop assistant opened the change room curtain a little too prematurely. She was even more shocked when I told her I had no way of getting it off unless my keyholder in the UK allowed it. The poor old duck was speechless!

it is mostly cases where it is only visible for seconds and no one would think directly of a chastity belt (except us on the forum).

Joh I assume that Turkish girls in Germany wear their headscarfs with consent. The Turkish community in Germany respects German law.
In Turkey however, parents decide about virginity tests and headscarfs for their daughters from the age of 14 on till the 18th birthday. The legal position there is, that minors do not have the mental maturity for sexual decisions.
Chastity belts are not so common in Turkey, but hymen tests and headscarfs are widely used.
I don't think that a girl will be blamed there when flashing her chastity belt.
