So good for them maybe a modern design that left the back open would be good for them but unlike the modern "cb3000" if these yogis don't have a ring around their balls they aren't in danger of an accident.
The only problem is it is more of a one way trip once assembled and guys should have their belts off even if they hesitate a doctor or wife or someone should probably unlock you every so often...

        I was actually thinking about this device last summer (2021) in connection with the running saga (it was ongoing, it no longer is) of the Britney Spears conservatorship.

        It was revealed last summer that Britney was forced to carry an IUD in her body against her will. The conservator(s) were obstructing her efforts to have the device removed.

        The circumstances under which the IUD was initially placed were not clear to me.

        Anyway, I was thinking about what it would be like if I were in a similar situation, wearing a chastity device such as this one which could only be removed by a third party, with a conservator or conservators having full legal authority to control my life obstructing my efforts to have the device removed. I probably wouldn’t like that very much.

              I would imagine the former rather than the latter... Ascetics are usually ultra-religious, lifelong adherents and generally opt out of society. It's a long way from the misogynistic, uneducated masses. Not impossible, but I would think they'd have far more respect for bodily autonomy than the 'average' guy.

              Nah no way. They just have lower standards of hygiene and less knowledge / understanding of modern medicine. There's a very good reason hospitals use equipment made from medical grade stainless steel and not mud and twigs!

              Bear in mind these people don't go back to their nice suburban house and take a long, hot shower every day. Their lifestyle is very diffferent to what we're accustomed to. Life is cheap in most places and healthcare is non-existent.

                              I'm sorry I just read your links again and it mentions using a steel ball, so you're right... the modern variation would probably work okay. Bit hard to hide in your pants though!

                              The only ones I've seen are the traditonal ones, and they don't look too hygenic. Some are woven like a bird's nest and others look more like pottery. Bear in mind the holy men who use them also do things like twist their dick ten times around a stick or hang weights from their balls, so genital preservation doesn't seem to be particularly high on the agenda for them. You should go to Kumbh Mela on a chastity pilgrimage!
