Ines I agree with Ines. In case of an emergency its about minutes or even seconds.

I have mine in a sealed special key-holster in my wallet.

Kris I take it your key holder would know if you used the emergency key if it was not an emergency?

Angelina I'd recomment having a pocket safe with you whereever you go. I made one of a small steel tube once. It has a hole in the top and you can stick a locn though the hole in the pipe and key. That way you can't use the key without the number combination for the lock.
The kh has to be generally reachable, of course

I think that is too dangerous if you cant open the cb instantly.
I will prefer sealed box (you can open it imediatly) tha box with number lock (you have to wait for the number...)

Kaja that is definitely safer, but more insecure if you want to prevent masturbation

Max9 combination lock you can guess the code so there is a risk of the key getting loose in an non emergency. Tamper proof key tags are the way forward. Plenty of evidence if has been used.

Philip a combinarion lock usually has 4 digits. That's an increadible high amount of possible codes, no chance to guess them.

Max9 You would be surprised how quickly you could guess the combination. 4 digits =10000 possibilities. Say 3 sec a guess probably shorter you could guess every combination in about 8 hours 20min.

I can always text or call if there is some kind of emergency where I must remove the belt. But I have some luck because this has never happened. But now I am a little concerned. Has anyone had to remove their belt in an emergency before? And I mean a real emergency not just some discomfort or small mess.

Philip it is an electronic key safe that they key holder can send a code for in the case of an emergency.

that's a good idea, but i think an envelope sealed and signed by the key holder is secure enough.

you are right and i admit that my system is not ideal either, especially when i am out and about.

perhaps a combination lock with 6-10 digits attached directly to the belt? then you can call the key holder in an emergency and free yourself immediately.

Angelina a signed sealed envelope would work just as well I guess. A 6 digit combination would take about 5 weeks of continuous guessing to crack it. 10 digits would take longer than about 12 lifetimes to break.

Oh yeah it increases BIG with each new setting

In my house on campus I had a safe to which I had a key but no code.
I could open it, but if I did, an SMS was sent.

Raquel ah right fair enough so close enough if there was the need to let out in a short notice.

Where would a SMS be sent from? Being a techie, you could bypass it easier

hmm... i think that would be safe enough for my father 🤔 😂

PS: has anyone actually read about such a chastity belt, i.e. a chastity belt with a combination lock, if so where?
