I am (mostly) skipping the riding theory part for now as in the context of chastity belts it is not too relevant. But some suffering must be, after all this is a chastity belt site.
If you want to become a good rider ie you have "the seat", you have to know the following and unfortunately, no riding instructor ever told me about.
You see belowe the rider having contact with the horses mouth, but the reins are actually slightly hangging through. She is NOT pulling the horse's head down.
The (trained) horse is going on the bit because the rider has the seat ie is via the saddle physically "klicked" into the horse. In other words their bodies move as one - no counter balancing between them.
For this to achieve you have to stretch the tendoms and build up the "corner" muscles so you can wrap around and then down your legs around the horse's barrel shap. Which takes a lot of riding.
