I assume she needs a belt less than pretty much all of the other girls that will be there. That is what I said. "She needs it least", not "she needs it at least".
I mean, she has negotiated to mostly control her belt-wearing schedule herself and still manages to voluntarily abstain from even the most harmless orgasms for months. If that is not a girl in control of her sex drive, I do not know what would be.

that's true, but the very fact that this algorithm exists shows me how small the importance of a chastity belt is in education compared to corporal punishment.
