Ines Sin Surprisingly, the site has actually been cleaned up in recent years.
Surprisingly no, it has a lot of work of the moderation team.
I think the surprising part is how bad things can go with less moderator activity.
But yeah, when someone comes in here talking about trying to lock up an underage person, we make very clear that we do not approve of that, and when someone says they are under 18 and locked against their will, the anti-abuse resources come out.
Any time involuntary wear starts getting turned into a juicy story, the moderators are quick to intervene, especially when some of the people involved are too young to be a part of a juicy story. At tge same time, they are usually lenient enough with the more clinical stuff, so practical advice can still be provided on the off chance that we are dealing with real situations.
Being able to write sexy stories about non-consensual agreements is kinda what the trolls are after, so most of them quickly get bored when they get called out and their borderline pornography gets cut from their posts.
I still think this community goes further than the kink-oriented ones when it comes to exploring the edges of consent, since binding agreements, incentives and such are more openly discussed. It is fine that this is off-putting for kink relationships, since the objectives of their chastity are very different from yours. If you are horrified by the bribery, emotional manipulation and firm contracts, that is good, because it shows how much you care about your sub's well-being.
By all means, no kink relationship should be based on the horror stories you might have seen from people who left after their introduction post. Because kink is not abuse, and abuse is not kink.
