My sister gave me the idea of writing a diary about wearing the chastity belt.

Most people who wear a chastity belt do it for a person they probably don't know yet too!
All the experiences you have with it, like doing without something, restrictions and dealing with it are something special.

I think the idea of writing a diary and later handing it over to the partner you are marrying is great. A very special and personal wedding gift.

It's enough if you just write in every day how you felt, whether there was anything special and what you might like to tell your potential partner in the future.

A diary that is handwritten, not an electronic one. Does anyone do something like this?

i did it in the beginning, for myself and because my father wanted to see how i would cope with chastity.

generally i like the idea, but it wouldn't be something i would hand over to my partner, it should be something for you, a place where you can let out all your frustrations and maybe also see your progress in accepting your chastity (and also all the failures and what you have learned from them). 🙂

No, of course with normal entries related to the belt.

Such as: Today the training ended. In the evening I was locked to start wearing 24/7. It feels a bit strange to know that from now on I'm permanently locked without a break. Tonight will be the first night with the tight bands.

Dear diary, the chastity belt is digging into my back a bit this morning, but everywhere else, ever since I started wearing seriously, my body just kinda learns to adapt and to slowly flow around the steel.

Security is good. But am still wasting a lot of time fussing with myself and the belt. I'd like to be able to set it and forget it.

Overall the belt is doing its job very well though, keeping my hands off myself and keeping my eyes on my wonderful wife.

I think saving yourself for your partner isn't just for the un-wed.

I spend probably too much time on chastity mansion, a primarily male chastity (kink) site. Many men there keep a journal of their chastity. Most start with the hornies and their attempts to get their partner to meet their wants/needs. But if their attempts are based in honesty and not sex, in time they come to realize ongoing strict chastity can ad a strength and purpose to life that nothing else can. Purpose not defined as lack of orgasm but rather a true freedom of self. When sexual release is off the table the whole world opens up and our opportunities to be of real use can continue to grow. I like your idea of a journal. If you persist you'll have an ongoing record of how many positive changes you have made as a woman who just happens to wear a belt. Good luck!

I've kept a journal for years, not specifically about chastity but in the last two years I've written a lot about that. It's helped me to come up with ideas to make things easier and to analyze my fails. The big thing, I think, I've learned from it is I have to keep myself in a healthy mental and physical place. If I'm tired or discouraged or worried things are tougher in the chastity space even though the things making me tired or discouraged or worried have nothing to do with chastity. I'm in Florida now for four days sans belt and I'm trying to keep a careful watch on how I handle it.

I feared basketball was going to end last Tuesday night when they were still in Miami.

Separately, Chastity Pickett advanced to tomorrow's final in the 400m hurdles with the number one seed time (in the east). so she has two chances (100m race also) to "punch her ticket", as they say, to Austin in June.

I can't say too much about that now. My parents also get feedback from me like this.

Especially my mum talks to me a lot about the belt and wearing it. She always asks how I'm getting on with everything. She takes very good care of me.

There are a variety of issues around this. A few days ago I posted as to how I wore my belt to Albuquerque in March and then had to provide a urine sample. Embarrassing for me tho not, apparently, the sample collector. The schedule:

There is always the widely held belief that ejaculation weakens a male competitor's legs, however there are ways around this, e.g. the scene in the film "Raging Bull" where DeNiro fools around with his wife just before a fight but pours a pitcher of ice water over his genitals at the critical moment.
