Can you search within one user's posts or one thread?

Sometimes a person mentions something and I have a question that I think they must have answered before. Or I wonder if something has been mentioned yet in a really long thread that I'm not going to read all the way through.

It would be great if I could search within just one user's posts, or just the posts within one thread, but if I can I haven't figured out how.

Is this possible?

yes, i try to write the most important information in my profile, so that new users have at least a small overview of my story. 😉
