I partly agree on that. I would say for men it never means loosing the virginity, for women anything that breaks the hymen means loosing the virginity.

Vanessa It depends on how you define virgin. As the fact of never having had a sexual action with another person, never having had sex with another person or who never had broken a seal to her body.

Are you still virgin when you give a blowjob? Are you still virgin when your boyfriend has his penis not deep enough in your vagina so that he doesn't break the hymen (guess that's possible, idk)

And mainly if being a virgin has actually somerhing to to with being innocent. Theoretically you can be slutty instead of innocent and still be a virgin because you did'dnt have sex the way it is supposed to be done.

i would call both cases, virgin. i think even if someone masturbates very wildly and breaks the hymen, she is still virgin from the head, but not from the body. i try to differentiate, but a general statement is difficult

I agree. Obviously, the hymen is very objective and clear, but for me a true virgin is a girl that did not have any sexual experience.
