Milord I wasn't there and I didn't see it and it didn't happen to me. From what AJ and I were told it was a security guard of the school that saw them and reported it. I see no reason why both Monica and Jane would lie about this. Jane clearly does not want to wear a belt, so what would be the point of lying about it?
Teachers have sex with students it seems like all the time here in the US. Some are prosecuted especially if the student was a minor, but that is not the case here. You can look them all up on Google if you want.
