About 4 years ago I tried to pick padlock in my belt - I was very frustrated and want masturbate. Suddenly, the paperclip I used broke and stuck in lock. Typical chinese small padlock. Once I opened such padlock with paperclip, but it was not on my waist...

Sabina Back when I wore a cage with a padlock rather than an integrated lock, I also tried that. With a paperclip, same as you. It also broke off, but I was able to pull out the remaining part with a pair of pliers because there was still enough of the clip sticking out of the lock.
