I need to start off by saying that it's my first post and english isn't my 1st language and I'm sorry if there are mistakes.

I'm a 42 year old woman. I'm single since I was 22 and I have a daughter. We're so close that we're basically friends and she can trust me with anything. I never had problem with masturbation and since my daughter discovered it as a toddler I just told her not to tell or show anyone including me unless it hurts or itches. Recently trough she told me that she thinks she's addicted to self pleasure and asked me if I can put a chastity belt on her and lock it. I was shocked and extremely skeptical. I've never heared about chastity belts outside of medieval myths. I then researched the topic and we had a deep talk about it and I admitted to her that I have the same problem as her, and that I'd prefer not to be addicted (obviously) but I lived quite normally, and I said I'd be really uncomfortable with so much control over her. Finally after about 2 weeks of research and discussion we both decided that it would be the best if we both wore chastity belts and held onto each other's keys. We made a list of rules together in notepads on our phones that we both agreed on. I'll translate and write them below.

We will hold onto each other's keys.
We exchange the keys from 9pm on Friday to 7am on Saturday and 9pm on Saturday to 7am on Sunday. (we go to sleep around 10pm and wake up between 5-6am)
3.If every day for at least 5 days one of us says we want to stop we give each other keys back until/if we want to restart (so it's not a spontaneous decision and if her name ever moves out we need to end this too.
If private parts hurt one of us other needs to unlock her and if it repeats she goes to gynecologist.
5.We don't tell anyone about our belts
6.We can talk and ask questions about it on the internet from an anonymous profile unlinked to any other profile.

Firstly we bought two g-string type belts. I got a black one and she got a blue one so we don't mix up. I wear L size and she wears M but I wouldn't risk swapping them. It would be gross. When they arrived we put them on in our rooms and we swapped the keys. We've been living like that for over a month and we both think it made our relationship stronger and we feel that it was a really good idea.

I know over 90% of people would find it weird but we can't complain.
P.s I forgot to write that we don't unlock ourselves but we just swap keys and go to our rooms.
