Joh The reason so many people have problems with their diet is how different the world we live in is from the world we evolved in. Just like we have much more access to sugar and salt than our ancestors ever did and it hurts us, we also have more access to plant-based protein sources. Not having to rely on meat can be seen as an achievement of our development. What got us here won't get us there.
That said, I am remaining an unapologetic carnivore myself. Sometimes the appropriate side dish to a steak is bacon.
WriterAlexis I did the best I could for the planet and the ethical treatment of animals.
I eat everything. Mostly because I get used to it with the nutritional programs while I was playing at elite level and because I like it.
What we do is to buy ethical products, free cows meat, free chicken meat, eggs, free cows milk.
A thing is to eat a cow and another to accept that this cow has had a miserable life.
WriterAlexis For the first time, my New Year's Resolution revolves around a weight loss goal
The belt is a good help, and as you use chastity bra, I guess that is even more help for it.

Eh?
I do not understand your "Eh? ", Alexis.
I mean that the belt is good tool to avoid to eat so much.
I admit that I often eat meat, very often in fact, but I would still consider my diet to be healthy because I try to avoid artificial additives. I also buy meat and vegetables from a local farm where I am sure I can do it ethically. Of course I spend more money on it than in a discount store, but there is a huge difference both ethically and in terms of taste
But if you can grow your own fruits it’s so much nicer. Plus all the fruit trees out back looks great too.
Our current living arrangements do include a live fig tree. Sadly, I am allergic to raw figs.
WriterAlexis A shame, I love them fresh from the tree.
WriterAlexis I have been manifesting anxiety and OCD for as long as I have been communicative.
WriterAlexis unmedicated and left to my own devices, it would become highly compulsive during high stress times. I can remember the weeks before some of my academic tests or some of the swimming/horseback competitions I was doing, my membranes would be raw and inflamed in the morning.
This hits home for me and brings up all sorts of issues I'm still trying to work through as a 30-something adult. As a teenager I was (very inappropriately) misdiagnosed for what was essentially a physical condition, and heavily medicated with antidepressants that I didn't need, and certainly didn't want. I'm mid 30s now and only just coming to terms with my own libido as a result.
Not to say I disagree with your mental health diagnosis... just that antipsychs are a slippery slope and if you ever want to come off them, you might be in for a hell of a ride. HINT: Don't go cold turkey like I did.
WriterAlexis I want to keep my phone. I want to be able to go to the library. I need transportation to do certain things. I want to be able to leave the house unchaperoned, so I can work/volunteer, because those are important to my future and I want to be able to help people.
I haven’t read this before. As a parent I would encourage this, and I will be proud of my son should he decide to help others and volunteer.
In my opinion a parent should provide this, tied to economical situation, and not use it as a trade off to impose things (not only CB of course).
Milord I doubt it is used as a bargaining chip only, they just want to control her access to unfiltered information and ability to engage in activism, and she has negotiated hersrlf some liberties there.
I will never understand this, but I hope my son will be like Alexis. Curious about that world and burning with the sacred fire to change the world.
if you ever want to come off them, you might be in for a hell of a ride.
I had been taken off them too quickly in the past.

Milord I am happy that my father has always been a little like you. Maybe not as inspiring when it comes to standing up for a good cause, but definitely encouraging curiosity and nurturing independent thought. As a male who is a generation younger than you, I am convinced you make a great father figure in your son's life.
That's the best think I can even heard
Thank you
WriterAlexis I have the idea that you make the world around you a little better. That's enough for me
