I am considering the 2 D rings over one as you can use the block piece. But looping the chain is a bit more hassle i think. How would you loop it?

And what I heard is that when doing the chain in a certain way, when sitting down, the legs are โ€œforcedโ€ together. That is what I am looking for, as that is perfect use for me. So the question is if it is better with one or 2 D rings to achieve that.

For me it is a safety tool aswell, especially during the night, and when home alone. At those moments I would consider only a padlock or blockpiece, just to not get tempted as it has no use in even trying!

Marleen with two. And the hassle of threading the chain through five D-rings seems minuscule compared to the hassle of wearing it ๐Ÿ™‚

That is absolutely true, the hassle is just once a day probably. As I heard that some girls wear them 24/7, so even maybe less than that!

So I can assume the 2 D ring is the best option than for the option of closing the legs automaticly when sitting down?

And how is the loop going? I was thinking, even 2 inverted V loops is possible, but to spread the tension even it would be maybe a big loop to all 4 and than in rhe middle to the crotch D ring?
If you understand what I mean ๐Ÿ˜‰

Welded chains. Run away of padlocks in the chain. They are a hung weight that become not only noisy, but uncomfortable.

          Ines
Ok, but if i weld the chains the thighbands become permanent right?

            Marleen

Yes, but you can get them out opening the waist band attachments.

              Ines
Ok, so you donโ€™t make a loop to the crotch than as I understand?

              Laura
Ok, and than only a connection chain from band to band and not to the crotch?

Usual is a padlock to the crotch or ring to secondary shield. So the set is secondary shield, T chain and bands.

                  Ines

Thank you! I definitly will concider welding. When sleeping in it it is better to have it as flat as possible. The padlock in your leg is not comfortable!

Ines well i get to experiance that real quick i think.

                    Ines

                    Welded chains.

Only asking out of curiosity, as I would never consent to thigh bands- who would do the welding? Do you take it somewhere, or is it more a DIY operation?

WriterAlexis if you ask me: I have a good friend who is a welder and can weld stainlesteel. So he wil do it for me it i decide to do that, which I might since the reactions here.

No, we have a well known orthopedist that makes all the arrangements.
I tell that a lot of times.

Ines how did you find someone like this? I tried to but never been able to find someone who can help with that. What are the search words?
