I vote "never" as it will only make you more frustrated if you have a schedule when you receive climax.
No masturbation or climax cold you down after some time and you will be more interested in other things.
I voted for 30. That’s a lot more than many of us get, but far enough apart to maintain self-discipline. I would give almost anything for 12 guilt-free self-pleasurings a year.

Katie That is very true, but I feel like it's cheating yourself. You're investing a lot of time and emotional effort into preserving your chastity, and then allowing yourself freedom frequently enough to undermine the impact. It's kind of like going on a diet but gorging yourself on ice cream once a week. "Cheat days" may feel good but they blunt the intended effect.
