The easiest way is in my opinion lockpicking the lock.
If someone wants to break out of it, he/she has to accept the consequences.
My lock was replaced with a custom made one, so I only have the chance to cut the hardened 3mm metal belt. Not that easy.

Consequences are where much of the security of a chastity belt lies. Steel and locks enforce the rules and resist belt-fighting, but they also provide necessary tamper-evidence to show when a wearer has broken the terms of their agreement.
