Court Ordered Chastity Belt
- Edited
Prostitution is a
"Class B misdemeanor, for which a maximum penalty of thirty days' imprisonment, a
fine of one thousand five hundred dollars, or both, may be imposed."
Even if it is your third offence, it wouldn't give you a very long sentence as misdemeanors do not count towards the three strikes.
That's just one reason why I don't believe that shit. I don't even want to list all the reasons why this is unlikely if not impossible.
@James @Laura You got any evidence or something?

Laura Done. And you will it very interesting
It was interesting.
So am I. Even in the US States where I do think this could fly, I would expect the belt never shows up in a document.
BikelockFugitive Evidence of something, yes.
As I said, I was being deliberately vague on the details. But these responses make me feel that I am not welcome here, and so I will cease from posting.

@BikelockFugitive It's fair to say while the details she did say weren't accurate, I do believe the core is true based on her clarifications.

Don't get me wrong; if I could get a belt lined with fibre-optic cable, tracked, and enforced by a court order, I would. I'm all about the security.
At the evidence, this is fiction.
I am sorry, but the us signed contract about human rights. This sounds absolutely impossible for me.
No court in the western world would ever be allowed to do something like that. I would think this could happen in Saudi Arabia or some country like this, but definitely not in the us.
i am sorry but i have never heard of it in general. i know there are countries where prostitution is punishable but a chastity belt that is court ordered hmmm.....
Laura With UK's IP however
Sara2001 I am sorry, but the us signed contract about human rights. This sounds absolutely impossible for me.
well, in the US some states still have the death penalty, why this is not against human rights, but a chastity belt you would have to explain to me.
I don't think the story is true either, but if there is one democracy in the world that I would trust to do this, it is the US.
