carg Those are not the common definition of transgender or transsexual. Transgender and transsexual are fairly hard to distinguish, the way I understand it, transsexuality is pretty much the underlying biological phenomenon (the genitals developed one way, the brain another), whereas transgender is the mental state of considering oneself a different gender identity than the genitals point towards. But I am no expert and may be mistaken on that. But between sex and gender, sex is always the biological/physical part and gender the social one, which does not align with your definition.

There are actual items called "packers" that can be placed in underwear to give the lower body a more masculine shape, ranging from cloth cups to silicone penis replicas. Though right now my imagination is running a bit wild... some belts have attachments for a strap-on dildo, and I am kinda imagining a flaccid strap-on now.

        Their design is bit different, for example, MySteel Transformation belt looks more like female belt than male belt, with design that is intended to reduce "bulging". Fancy Steel makes it obviously different with male belt, with design that hides "bulge" and give more feminine shape when it comes to covering private parts. (So it would also serve as "tucking" device that prevent genital from bulging)

        Chastity belt manufacturers like Fancy Steel or Access Denied markets it as "shemale" / "sissy" belt, which I don't like wording of their marketing, though.

        I didn't mean that a belt intended for transgenders, but ones that may be designed more friendly for pre-op MTF transgenders. Like said above about design difference, pre-op (Before SRS / GRS) transgenders may benefit using such belts. Post-op would have no problem using female belt, though.

                                              There is some correlation among interest in chastity devices and dysphoria from presenting as male, but while the people interested in chastity belts have an above-average population of male-to-female transgender people, they also have an even more above-average ratio of male-to-female crossdressers, and the latter make up a much larger market segment than the former.

I concluded from your previous post that they were not attached at all, and you relied purely on the tightness of the bands and stickiness of the silicone to keep them in place, and I couldn't imagine that was very escape-proof. But connected to a corset seems like a good solution too (as long as you can't remove the corset either of course 😉 )
                                                            Does this also mean that you wear the bands relatively high up your thighs? That would make the 4cm chain more doable.
