Max9 Most of the time I quite like the feeling of mild arousal that comes with long term chastity, however on occasion the frustration becomes punishingly intense. Although I can deal with it, it can be highly distracting and consuming for a time.

I'm learning not to provoke such feelings by avoiding sexual thoughts, porn etc, and am amused by the fact that the belt isn't simply forcing chastity upon me, but is teaching me chastity too!

Overall I agree strongly that chastity makes me a happier person.

    Nate In the beginning, I had to think constantly about masturbation and how to get out of the cage. It became better after I started to get regular releases.

    Now, after a few years, I think about masturbation a lot less than before (so it worked); however, I do think about cages a lot more (but at least not about getting out) ...

    I think it does work. I think I'd masturbate far less now, even without my own belt. However, over time I think my own problem would start all over again and my masturbation would become excessive again.

    It's one thing to police your thoughts a bit, but how do you handle everyday life? It's hard to avoid attractive people... They're everywhere! (Actually I think chastity makes tends to make people appear to be more attractive!).

    Do you "bounce your eyes" away from such people ...or do they still cause you a problem?

        Fortunately, I didn't have an option to test whether I would masturbate less or not. I agree with you: it would be fine until I eventually started overdoing it again.

        Of course, you can't avoid attractive people. And being constantly horny makes it easier to spot them. Best to either do something that you need to do (shift your attention) or ignore them (that's hard) and go elsewhere (if possible). To be honest, I do get "hard" from time to time - but it's actually a quite nice reminder that you've got something other than the cage down there.

            i admit i tried that a lot in the beginning, but for one thing i didn't really have much success and for another i would let it ruin a lot of nice moments with my girlfriend, so i let it happen, bear the frustration but enjoy the nice moments with my girlfriend. 🙂

                                          Yeah, it does get easier, it is worth sticking with chastity... and when things are difficult the lock really helps.
