Maija One does not move their legs that much anyway when not exercising, so I think my exercise break each day is plenty to take care of any health issues
frankly, i think so too. if you exercise your legs for an hour a day, you move them more than many without thighbands (or even just belts).
Joh I do 5 times per week yoga for 30 minutes and it helps me a lot.
well i do a mixture of jogging and walking once a week for 60 minutes, so far no problem
