                      Absolutely yes, never hesitate if you are uncomfortable or need help.
                      But again 5AM before a workday to hear you have been fighting your belt when you should be sleeping isn't very nice.

                          that is also good, especially if the parents want us to wear the belt, then they have to deal with the consequences. 😉
