  • Getting The Most From Your Adjustable Steel-Cable Belt

Maybe everyone has some misunderstandings about Made in China. I am engaged in the field of mechanical automation and the production process of products. The Chinese market is different from anywhere. His competition is very fierce, and the market share is far more important than profit margins. The chastity belt exporting to your country is even cheaper than domestic, which is difficult to see in any other country. We are fully capable of producing world -class products, but for the maximization of benefits, we can only switch to more cheap products to occupy the market and prevent ourselves from being suppressed by competitors. This belt is very ordinary and very bad in the eyes of everyone here. This kind of steel wire belt can be opened immediately by moving back and forth to loosen the screw behind the waist. It's really ordinary, but because it's simple, it can be DIY. For example, use insulating tape to wrap the steel wire connection at the back and the lock head at the front. If you grind your legs, you can put a plaster on the inner thig,This chastity belt needs to be tightened to be comfortable.Chinese products are often like this, because of mass production, in order to ensure production, we have to omit many delicate steps, and what you get is often a semi-finished product.

I think the bad opinion about chinese products is due to the fact that the chinese market is more concerned with quantity than quality, which makes the individual product cheaper, but also worse.

Could you share an add on of the items you would need to finish the belt ???

Megan I don't know what you want to modify, so I can't give you a conclusion for the time being. If you have the intention of transforming it, you can contact me by sending emails to 3487991524@qq.com,In addition, I will only be relatively simple in English, please try to communicate with me in English as much as possible, thank you.

One thing that I forgot to mention: don't use the lock that comes with the belt. It is a totally unsecure toy and which is worse it is prone to seizing up.

          @zyz @6373e6b2 Thank you both...
I don't know what to do with the cable belts either but my husband and I have some friends who work to make things for surgeons who work with patients who have limbs crushed in vehicle accidents and other terrible accidents.

They are very worried about being judged and losing their reputation if people think they are doing something wrong. But they now understand why I choose chastity in my life and in my marriage.

They all have a lot of work just like @Laura and @Ines and all of you professionals.
I see the $ some shops get and I wish it was awarded to this community here

Angelina Yes. IIRC Abus 727TI/20 is compatible with the mysteel-like locking mechanism of Chinese wire belts (but not with the protective “knob” of other Chinese belts) and also looks better.

Angelina so would you recommend buying a padlock separately?

We had new padlocks,, it was a recommendation of this forum becasue we would have to swiming with our new belts.

Raquel the original padlock will rust enough to stop working in probably about a month just from sweat, no swimming or salt-water needed 😉

Yes , I was warned. The three girls used the belt with new padlock without any problem, It is marine grade steel, the belts are in good conservation too, they had to clean them with fresh water.

yes, that's a good idea. it shouldn't really be necessary with brand belts, but my father prepared the padlock with oil in the summer. 😉

                Philip Is it comfortable?

                Do you wear it 24/7?

Yes, CAN be quite comfortable, when everything is adjusted just so. And no, I don’t wear mine 24/7.

Rule #1 with these belts: if you’re putting the belt on or taking it off, don’t have your phone sitting there on the bed. Those metal O-rings at the ends of the steel cables could inflict some serious damage if you start whipping those cables around.

At a minimum, your phone should be in a protective case and turned face-down.

I bought some of this food-grade neoprene tubing on eBay many months ago. It appears to be an exact match for the original.

                  https://www.ebay.com/itm/155048877120

I would highly recommend having a supply of this on hand, so that you can cut the tubing to fit without having to worry excessively that you’re cutting it too short.

I made three prior attempts to buy tubing on eBay, searching for “plastic” rather than “neoprene”. Nono of these attempts was very successful.

I also tried to obtain tubing from the folks who sold me the belt. They would only sell it to me precut, not in bulk form, and the price they were asking was comparable to the price of a new belt.

I should say in their defense that when I first purchased my belt on eBay, the package apparently did not contain the little Allen wrench which allows you to make adjustments. They were very helpful in sending me the tool and two replacement screws, which are always included with the wrench.

The belt has three cable clamps, which I’m going to refer to as A, B, and C.

                    A: Front of waist belt

                    B: Top (front) of cup

C: The “T”-shaped piece at the rear of the waist belt

Angelina it shouldn't really be necessary with brand belts, but my father prepared the padlock with oil in the summer.

Even brand manufacturers do not make their own locks but buy from some brands like Burgwächter, ABUS, etc.
Unless these locks are specifically designed for marine environments (speak: salt water), they are not 100% rust proof. And most locks are actually not made to that standard.

                      curious

that's exactly why my father took care of it, it would be really strange if the padlock couldn't be opened anymore. i take care of it myself, so that my father doesn't think i'm trying to cheat. 😂
