Sara2001 The question was what is necessary. Or with other words, what would be the minimum freedom that is needed. The question was not: "What would be the best comprim between security and a pleasant situation".
You made this into a question of necessity. The original question was whether unlocking was OK, and that depends on what both parties feel is the best course of action. Obviously if both parties would prefer maximum security and can find a way to take care of a person's health needs without taking a break from enforced chastity, that is a valid course of action. But if the wearer feels that the present agreement is not doing her well-being any favors, this is absolutely something that she should have an opportunity to discuss with her keyholder. That is all I am saying.
