Sure!
HHelen Yes.
Already decided or still hesitating to do this?
HHelen I have the same impression, but, again, @BikelockFugitive thinks differently.
But he's very skilled in lockpicking.
HHelen Basically you want to unlock and lock it back secretly.
It would be useful for us!
Similar for many of us!
HHelen I was not successive in it at all.
Another reason to not think your daughter manage it easily.
Joh She lives in another town and she wears the belt all time but has 1 hour time every evening to open it for cleaning and for fun. In exchange she got a car and the money for the school and living.
I do not share it.
A girl should not have responsibility about her belt.
I am against the wearer can have any power about her belt.
Joh Oh, I think both is possible but it will only work fine if they have an agreement which fits both.
As an example, I can't remember her name, she has an agreement with her parents. She lives in another town and she wears the belt all time but has 1 hour time every evening to open it for cleaning and for fun. In exchange she got a car and the money for the school and living.
@Lana, yes this agreement was really very well structured

if I forget something it was not so important
HHelen He claims that every girl is able to do the same.
and it is precisely this point that I doubt, but it is certainly possible with a lot of training
Anyone with functioning fingers and decent dexterity can learn to pick a basic lock in a matter of hours. I once learned it myself because I was bored though I'm out of practice now, laughs. Learning it if you're being watched all the time, that's a different matter.
the question is not whether we can do it, but whether we can put the padlock back on without any problems.
Ines I am against the wearer can have any power about her belt.
Even if you have,as you can say you would stop wearing it,and your parents would give you the key.You would not do it as you're a willingly wearer, but you can.
Most of the reluctant wearers can too,if they accept the consequences. As the convinced ones,if they accept to lose the advantages.
HHelen He claims that every girl is able to do the same.
But many here have strong doubts about it.
GoodyProctor Learning it if you're being watched all the time, that's a different matter.
Which seem close to @HHelen's daughter's case.I doubt she can learn it without her mother knowing it.
Vanessa
I mean, Vanessa, further the decision of wear it or not.
Let me an example:
You can choose make a diet or not, but if you are on diet you, for example, should not eat bread.
Can you eat bread? Yes, but the you are not on a diet then.
Chastity belt the same, can a girl be keyholder? Can a girl have the key? Can a girl to decide when opening the belt?
The answer is yes, but then, she is not wearing a chastity belt.
A girl can choose to make a diet or not, but if she chooses diet, then she can not eat Nutella sandwiches.
This is interesting:
It is illegal to lock picks in Japan, they were made illegal in 2003 by the "Act on Prohibition of Possession of Special Picking Tools, and Other Related Matters"(çšćŽéé ç¨ĺ
ˇăŽććăŽçŚć˘çăŤé˘ăăćłĺž) which forbids owning any tool used to bypass locks unless there is a legitimate business need.
Violation of this can lead to 1 year in prison or a 500,000 yen (~$5000 USD) fine. Legitimate business need is a bit vague, but it is typically interpreted as you can only have them if you are a locksmith. Since a hobby is not a legitimate business need, the lock picking hobby is effectively banned. The law does not specify just lock picks, but rather any tool that can be used to bypass locks!
