of course she has the position for it. the mother says a chastity belt is necessary for a single woman, so it applies to her as well. it's just that she doesn't want to give up her power, but the belt would be equally good or bad for both.

Angelina This is one of the real reasons I'm so fascinated by hypothetical community chastity laws. Power is a weird thing; I believe everyone should be answerable to someone else. It troubles me that people like Christine's mother or your father can enforce reluctant or unwilling chastity lockup on other adults simply because they can, by enforcing financial authority with no oversight.

With @Angelina it is happen while both do not accept the authority. Her father by forcing his will on her and by @Angelina she believes it is nothing the government should have a saying in it.
of course it can change if @Christine puts some pressure on it, that's how i managed to convince my father to try it for a year. if i shy away from the discussion then i can't achieve anything. so @Christine put arguments on your mother's table that she also wears a belt, at least as long as she forces you to do so.
