Weirdly I feel safer and calmer wearing it most of the time.

I won't introduce you to Ann though. You both combined would be too much of
a force and probably push me to do things that are good for me.

We just chose and ordered a dress for me together, that I am only allowed to wear with the thighbands on.

Pretty much. I get a break during "the time of the month", when i am sick, traveling or serious reasons that would make it a real challenge. Every other month i get 2 days "holiday" i can freely chose. But only in advance. So no way to use it when i feel really desperate. Otherwise it is Anns call.

I can earn myself extra time off though by wearing the thighbands voluntarily. But those brownie points are being reset the moment they go on because i did something stupid.

Until now there were the odd days i granted myself an extra few hours break without permission. Didn't really keep a note how often. Might be more than i would admit. :s

Somehow i am happy i was so stupid and careless. Just getting to terms with the new phase will be a bit of a challenge.

I really enjoyed, when Ann suggested buying a dress together and we spent cuddling browsing for it. It won't be pretty getting me through the door the first time. x)

Well, they tick a couple of boxes.

Yes, they definitely make the belt more secure, since the movement of your legs (spreading them) is massively hampered. (If someone knows a trick here, please teach me 🙊)

Further you are limited to skirts and dresses (or sporting your underwear openly). Depends on what you prefer, but pants are just a lot easier on so many levels. (We are not here for having it easy though lol. Ann loves when I wear skirts and dresses. So I guess that's a bit her taking advantage of the situation as well 😉)

3rd I am a "leg crosser" when sitting. No chance, doing that with those on. Apparently it improves my posture. Not sure about that though.

And last but not is a constant reminder of my belt.

Oh so love the idea of a weekend and dinner. Thank you 🤗! But feels like this is a trap so I can't chicken out 🤣. Still I love that one and showed to Ann 🙊 (I got a funny feeling I just made another stupid mistake this week 😭🙈🤣)

I am scared like hell. I know, things will get easier and no one cares. I also know, that now is definitely not the right time paddle back or even stop. (by the way, the weekend away is a done deal. Buuuut... I had to agree to wear them for 7 days if I chicken out, try to flirt my way out of or just complaint and any given time during the weekend. Did you both talk? :o )

I think it helps to look at it the other way around. Imagine we were told that wearing a chastity belt was indeed bad and wrong and that we could never wear ours again. Imagine them being taken away and destroyed. ☹️

Now, personally, I'd be really, really, sad to lose my belt. It's a part of who I am. It does a great job. I'd feel like I'd undone all the progress I'd made. In fact, I would be gutted.

OMG, I ❤️ chastity.

This tells me that the feelings that tell me to resist or remove my belt are both a welcome and sensible check and balance to what is a life-changing decision but are also, quite wrong. If I listened to them I'd be unhappy, unfulfilled and unproductive.

So I say to them, yeah, thanks for presenting the opposing point of view, and I understand that I'm going to be extremely frustrated and bugged by the belt over time, and I understand that I have to be out of control on this, but I'm going to press on forward, without delay!

KarimM Zoe's talking about the improvement in posture when wearing thigh bands... she physically cannot fail to sit better because they stop her crossing her legs. But you're right the belt itself makes a huge difference on its own.

Anyway, belt itself avoids you can cross your legs, at least for long time, without unconfortability and on a nice manner.
Thigh bands improve sitting posture, but of course they are mont guilty of avoid leg crossing.

My (quite long) legs just have their own mind. I get told off when sitting indian style at the table on a regular base. And yes, eventhough I wouldn't deem it too unconforntable, crossed legs wearing a belt is most definitely not a very attractive sight. (Probably the way I do it not even without a belt :s ) Without the thigh bands I just sit without even thinking how it looks or where I am. hey, I never had princess training 😄

@Jen, not sure if you are still reading here, but your profile reads as if you ended your commitment to chastity earlier this year. If you still pop in occasionally, I would love to know what your current relationship with your old belt is, and if you are happy with the decisions you made.

Hi again after a long long time not posting anything here. I hope its ok to post my thoughts about the main topic of this thread again.

As I got very ill about a year ago, I was really thinking about quitting wearing my belt. I was in hospital for 3 months in a row and it was there, when I realised, I don't want to. I talked with my keyholder about anything and she showed me the reasons why I wear my belt.

I'm sitting in a wheelchair since christmas '23. I'm still belted.

TLDR: There are thoughts about quitting at some point, but the reasons to wear it are greater, even if I'm in a wheelchair.
