Sara2001 Thank you Sara. I just wanted to share with others, who for one reason are another are locked in belts (and thigh bands). I am unlocked when we go on holidays because of the issue of metal detectors etc. It is also difficult to pack since it is not one of the "system" belts that can come apart easily.
As for releases, I am unlocked every night in the shower for inspection and cleaning and once dry, it usually goes back on as I get ready for bed. But perhaps once or even twice a week there is longer period before it goes back on. I have read the rules of the forum which I wish to obey so I'll just say, above my nightly cleaning I would guess that I am released somewhere between six and a dozen times per month. It would be fun to say that it is only on my partners whim but the truth is she is very much in tune and responsive to my own needs and frustrations.

I love how you put it. Thank you for your welcome and I shall really try to follow the forum rules.
My belt engenders many feelings. Once powerful one, the first time it was locked on (I was fifty seven), was that powerful feeling of femininity, unlike anything I had ever felt before. It was quite a surprise. There was also a little fear and perhaps intimidation (I think others here have mentioned that the first view of a belt is intimidating), but I loved the feeling of safety and been cared for by my partner and the incredible connection it forged between us.

Thank you for your welcome Angelina. I was wondering if my orientation might have been a problem and it is comforting to know I am not alone. I read your profile and I suppose I am a little sad that your own situation is more of reluctance in the face of even worse consequences. Life seems to be too short for such things.
In my own case, my belt is a part of me and who I am. However the verdict is still out on the subject of thigh bands which only really started for me on Monday of this week. But that is off topic for this thread so perhaps I will ask my questions about them on the thigh band thread.

That’s a good question. I’ve been on a record breaking streak of no masturbation from father’s day to thanksgiving this year and masturbated 3x since then. I get blue balls. Lots of pain at times and lingering soreness starting in my testicles and spreading in my groin and lower abdomen. Recent years it’s been 2-3x per week average, with some one month streaks here and there. It used to be 3x a day but that was teenage years.

By the way... my goal is no masturbation, I can still have orgasms while sleeping. I may not need 24/7 chastity or even a keyholder, but I think a chastity device or belt might help towards my goal, and I would enjoy wearing it, unless it’s too uncomfortable.

Thank you @Laura for the un-wed forum, and thanks everyone for sharing your experiences. I'm a long-wed husband from the UK. I want all belt wearers to feel protected, valued and loved. I want all belt providers to have the understanding necessary to be fair, but firm.

I'd like to see chastity belts in widespread, consensual, use.
