No problem at all! 😃 I am constantly talking about my various weaknesses on here - for cigarettes, chocolate etc etc! But the point is that I'm addressing all of them!! It's really quite an exciting time for me. And right now I am probably more strict with myself than most of the keyholders on here!

Angelina it just amazes me that some users here write that the belt is the only solution.

I see addictions as being like a black hole. From a far distance the pull seems like nothing, but when you've fallen in their pull is huge! It is really hard to escape. And it's hard for people outside the gravity well to see why you're having trouble!! 🤣

For example; I don't have a problem with gambling. It has hardly any attraction to me personally at all, but looking at other people's experiences I can see that gambling can be a real problem. It appeals to something deep within people and is clearly something to be very wary of: IE: I can see gambling is a black hole.

Naturally, after my own experience I see masturbation in the same way because I know that it can eat time and relationships. But at the start of my experience, far out from the pull of black hole, well, it just felt nice and I could stop and start whenever I wanted.

Many people think we should invest time to develop the mental strength and willpower required to make firm decisions. I take the opposite view: Putting a lock on the problem ends it immediately. Making such a pre-commitment forces me to confront the exact feelings that were holding me in addiction. Freeing me faster!! 😁

                                    Yes and you can get apps to lock yourself out of the phone or block certain gambling sites.

                                    Using gambling as an example helps me to understand people who can have just one cigarette and seemingly not get addicted at all, but it also reminds me that they're playing with fire. Such things are best avoided!
