Vanessa It works for me,no need of a filter(and I could bypass it easily, anyway).
But if a filter works for you,it is good.
It's like a lock on a door - I could break it, but it's another obstacle, something to help to keep me honest, and something that hopefully would be noticed if I got around it.
Only problem is that I no longer have admin rights on my own PC - now that's frustrating!! π€£
Vanessa Good example,as gamblers sometimes ask casinos to forbid them to enter,to help them cure their addiction.
Yes and you can get apps to lock yourself out of the phone or block certain gambling sites.
Using gambling as an example helps me to understand people who can have just one cigarette and seemingly not get addicted at all, but it also reminds me that they're playing with fire. Such things are best avoided!
