My belt certainly has a disciplinary effect (control, submission and so on ...). Thanks god, there are no other measures for me. I would really disapprove to be spanked or imprisoned etc.

I would not say disciplinary effect, I think... I think it puts me in touch with my inner nature, and, I guess, for that I do not hate my belt.
And yes, even if I think that boys and girls we are not same, I disagree at all all those things of beatings, imprisonment...
I can not understand to be hurt for someone that is supposed care you.
I respect people that enjoy being punished, but, of course, is not my cup of tea.
